This means that it transmits power directly from the PoE port via the LAN cable without first checking whether the connected terminal device (PD) is PoE capable. It also has an uplink port via which it and thus also the connected end devices are supplied with data.<\/p>\n<p>A current of up to 0.65 amps is supported per PoE port. With the supplied 48 volt and 120 watt power supply unit, an output power of 31.2 watts per port and a total output of 120 watts is available. The PoE Injector thus supports the IEEE802.3af (PoE) and IEEE802.3at (PoE+) standards.<\/p>\n<p>Data is transmitted at a speed of up to 100 Mbit\/s, which corresponds to the Fast Ethernet standard.<\/p>\n<p>Power and data are transmitted via pinout mode A or mode B.
