Description

Passive 8 port Fast Ethernet PoE injector including 48 volt and 60 watt power supply

The POE-8 injector has 8 passive PoE ports. This means that it transmits power directly from the PoE port via the LAN cable without first checking whether the connected terminal device (PD) is PoE capable.

A current of up to 1.25 amps is supported per PoE port. With the supplied 48 volt and 60 watt power supply unit, a maximum output power of 60 watts per port and a total output of 60 watts is available. The PoE Injector thus supports the IEEE802.3af (PoE) and IEEE802.3at (PoE+) standards.

Data is transmitted at a speed of up to 100 Mbit/s, which corresponds to the Fast Ethernet standard.

Power and data are transmitted via pinout mode B.
